What ‘ winds’ most people up more than anything else is drivers who can’t - or won’t - park properly. Parking too close , parking over white lines, or at angles in car parks, taking up enough space for two cars. Most despicable of all, parking in handicapped spaces. The list is as endless as the guilty drivers are mindless !
